Experienced Staff, Personalized Service for Large Groups

As one of the first hostels in Lisbon, we’ve been welcoming groups to stay in Lisbon for years. Our team—led by our manager Sofia who has worked at the hostel over 10 years—provides hands-on support throughout your stay. Whether it’s last-minute changes or local recommendations, we’re here to help make your group’s travel to Lisbon an amazing experience.

Group Booking Policies

Deposit and Payment Terms: We require a 50% deposit payment upon reservation to confirm the booking, with the remaining 50% due before the check-in date.

Towels and Linens: All linens are included in the room rate. Bath towels are included in private rooms but not included in dorm rooms. Dorm bath towels can be rented for 2€ each for the duration of the stay.

Accepted Payments: We prefer all payments by bank transfer (IBAN), however, debit or credit cards are accepted with an additional fee of 3%.

Cancellation: The 50% deposit is non-refundable. You may cancel at any time for a 50% refund of the total reservation price.

Taxes: Rates are including VAT and Lisbon Tourism Tax, which is 4€ per night, per guest 13 or older, for a maximum of seven (7) nights.
