When booking or staying at Lisbon Lounge Hostel, you agree to comply with the following terms, conditions, and house rules.
All prices are in Euros (€), inclusive of VAT and exclusive of Lisbon city tax (€4 per guest per night, up to 7 nights).
Prices may change without notice but will not affect confirmed reservations.
Additional taxes or fees may apply as required by law.
Maximum stay is 14 consecutive nights unless approved in advance by management.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests, staff, neighbors, and hostel property.
The hostel reserves the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or remove guests without refund in cases including, but not limited to:
Disruptive, aggressive, abusive, or unsafe behavior
Harassment, discrimination, or threats
Damage to property or excessive cleaning requirements
Failure to follow staff instructions or house rules
Illegal activity or safety violations
Staff decisions made in the interest of safety, comfort, or legal compliance are final.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
Cancellations within 48 hours are charged the first night.
No-shows by 11:00 AM the day after scheduled check-in will be charged the first night and the reservation cancelled.
Once checked in, reservations are non-refundable.
Accepted payment methods: cash, Visa, and Mastercard.
First night deposit is charged at booking; remaining balance is due at check-in.
Valid ID or passport is required.
Check-in: from 3:00 PM | Check-out: by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
Standard cleaning is included; excessive cleaning (e.g. vomit, pet hair, smoke, severe mess) will incur additional charges.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused and will be charged repair or replacement costs.
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including balconies.
Smoking fee: €200 per incident.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
A signed consent form is required for minors.
The hostel may refuse accommodation to unaccompanied minors.
The hostel is not wheelchair accessible.
Guests must be able to climb at least one flight of stairs.
Please inform us in advance of any special needs so we can assist where possible.
Participation in hostel events is voluntary and at the guest’s own risk.
Events may be modified or cancelled without notice.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
The hostel is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or injury.
Guests are encouraged to secure valuables appropriately.
Any issues should be reported immediately to management.
Unresolved disputes are governed by Portuguese law and jurisdiction.
Personal data is collected solely for accommodation and legal compliance.
Information is not shared with third parties unless required by law.
All website content is the property of Lisbon Lounge Hostel.
Use of the website must comply with applicable laws and these terms.
Unauthorized use, data harvesting, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
Website content is provided “as is,” without warranties.
The hostel is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond its control.
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms remain valid.
These terms may be updated at any time.
By booking, checking in, or remaining on the premises, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
