Hostelworld

Our stay was amazing!

They were able to accommodate our 30-person group with their large rooms and several bathrooms. Sofia was very kind, friendly, and flexible — this made for a warm, welcoming environment. The hostel dinners were also great experiences! The central location gave us many options for day trips and nights out — also great recommendations from the hosts.

Group Booking Policies

Deposit and Payment Terms

We require a 50% deposit payment upon reservation to confirm the booking, with the remaining 50% due before the check-in date.

Towels and Linens

All linens are included in the room rate. Bath towels are included in private rooms but not included in dorm rooms. Dorm bath towels can be rented for 2€ each for the duration of the stay.

Accepted Payments

We prefer all payments by bank transfer (IBAN), however, debit or credit cards are accepted with an additional fee of 3%.

Cancellation

The 50% deposit is non-refundable. You may cancel at any time for a 50% refund of the total reservation price.

Taxes

Rates are including VAT and Lisbon Tourism Tax, which is 4€ per night, per guest 13 or older, for a maximum of seven (7) nights.
