Respect & Community
Lisbon Lounge is a shared space — please be considerate of fellow guests and staff. Abusive, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM (4:00 PM for apartments). Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
Breakfast
A free continental breakfast is served daily from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM in the kitchen. Breakfast is included with all accommodation types.
Towels
Bath towels are included in private rooms and apartments — dorm guests can rent towels for €2 each for the duration of their stay.
Linens
Fresh linens are provided in all rooms and changed every 7 days for longer stays. Guests requesting increased frequency of linen changes can request this at reception for a fee.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels during these hours.
Pets
Small, well-behaved pets are welcome in private rooms only. Pets are not permitted in shared dorms. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
Damage Policy
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hostel property during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
