Prices, Taxes & Stay Limits
All prices are in Euros (€), inclusive of VAT and exclusive of Lisbon city tax (€4 per guest per night, up to 7 nights).
Prices may change without notice but will not affect confirmed reservations. Additional taxes or fees may apply as required by law.
Maximum stay is 14 consecutive nights unless approved in advance by management.
Guest Conduct & House Rules
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests, staff, neighbours, and hostel property.
The hostel reserves the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or remove guests without refund in cases including, but not limited to: disruptive, aggressive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour; harassment, discrimination, or threats; damage to property or excessive cleaning requirements; failure to follow staff instructions or house rules; illegal activity or safety violations.
Quiet hours are 23:00 to 08:00. We ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels during these hours.
Staff decisions made in the interest of safety, comfort, or legal compliance are final.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged the first night.
Non-refundable rates are charged in full at the time of booking and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
No-shows by 11:00 AM the day after scheduled check-in will be charged the first night and the reservation cancelled.
Once checked in, reservations are non-refundable.

Payment, Check-In & Check-Out
Accepted payment methods: cash, Visa, and Mastercard. First night deposit is charged at booking; remaining balance is due at check-in.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. Under Portuguese law, all guests must complete a registration form upon arrival.
Check-in: from 15:00 (16:00 for apartments). Check-out: by 11:00.
Early check-in (from 10:00) and late check-out (until 13:00) may be available on request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.
Damages, Cleaning & Smoking
Standard cleaning is included; excessive cleaning (e.g. vomit, pet hair, smoke, severe mess) will incur additional charges.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused and will be charged repair or replacement costs.
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including balconies. Smoking fee: €200 per incident.
Towels & Linens
Bath towels are included in private rooms and apartments — dorm guests can rent towels for €2 each for the duration of their stay.
Fresh linens are provided in all rooms and changed every 7 days for longer stays. Guests requesting increased frequency of linen changes can request this at reception for a fee.
Free Breakfast
A complimentary continental breakfast is included with all accommodation. Breakfast is served daily from 08:00 to 10:30 in the kitchen. Breakfast is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
Group Bookings
Groups of 8 or more persons are considered group bookings and may be subject to different cancellation policies and deposit requirements. Please submit your request via our groups page or contact us directly at [email protected].
Minors & Accommodation Eligibility
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A signed consent form is required for minors.
The hostel may refuse accommodation to unaccompanied minors.
Accessibility
The hostel is not wheelchair accessible. Guests must be able to climb at least one flight of stairs.
Please inform us in advance of any special needs so we can assist where possible.
Events & Activities
Participation in hostel events is voluntary and at the guest's own risk.
Events may be modified or cancelled without notice.
Liability & Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings. Lockers are provided in all dorm rooms.
Lisbon Lounge Hostel & Suites and its owners and staff accept no liability for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property during your stay, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Privacy & Data Use
Personal data is collected solely for accommodation and legal compliance. Information is not shared with third parties unless required by law.

Website Usage
All website content is the property of Lisbon Lounge Hostel. Use of the website must comply with applicable laws and these terms.
Unauthorised use, data harvesting, or commercial exploitation is prohibited. Website content is provided "as is," without warranties.
Force Majeure & Legal Clauses
The hostel is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond its control.
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it later. If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms remain valid.
These terms may be updated at any time. By booking, checking in, or remaining on the premises, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon.
Any issues should be reported immediately to management.
